Welcome to Practice Math! These Terms of Service govern your use of the Practice Math application and its features. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue using the app.
Practice Math is an educational application developed by Gourab Paul. It helps users improve their calculation speed and accuracy through interactive math challenges, practice sessions, and online multiplayer features.
The app is intended for educational and entertainment purposes. Features may change or become temporarily unavailable as the app is updated or maintained.
You can use the core features of Practice Math without creating an account or providing personal contact details.
Certain online features, such as online multiplayer or watching video ads to unlock ad-free access, require an active internet connection.
Practice Math may process and store game-related information to provide features such as online multiplayer gameplay. This information may include scores, experience points (XP), streaks, and technical data needed to operate these features.
Online features depend on your internet connection and the availability of our servers and third-party services. Some information or features may be temporarily unavailable, delayed, or interrupted due to technical or network problems.
Our handling of information is also described in our Privacy Policy.
Practice Math is provided free of charge and is supported by third-party advertisements to maintain and support ongoing development. Users have the option to temporarily remove all advertisements from the entire application by watching two (2) rewarded video advertisements.
Watching rewarded video advertisements to remove ads is completely optional. Users who choose not to watch rewarded ads may continue using all features of the app with standard advertisements displayed.
An active and stable internet connection (via Wi-Fi or mobile data) is strictly required to load and stream rewarded video ads.
If your internet connection drops, is unstable, or fails before a video advertisement is fully completed, the view will not be credited toward unlocking the ad-free benefit. You are responsible for any standard data charges incurred through your internet or mobile service provider.
To qualify toward the two-ad requirement, each video advertisement must be watched in its entirety until the designated reward event is triggered by the third-party ad network.
Once you have successfully watched two video advertisements, ad-free access is activated for the entire app and remains valid for the current day (until midnight local device time).
Upon the start of the next calendar day, the temporary ad-free status expires automatically, and standard advertisements will resume. To remove advertisements again on the following day, you must watch two video advertisements again. Ad-free days or unused hours do not roll over or accumulate.
Because Practice Math does not require an account or user registration, your ad-free status is stored locally on your device. As a result:
Advertisements are delivered through third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob). We do not guarantee that video advertisements will always be available at all times or in every region, as ad availability depends on network inventory and third-party delivery services.
We reserve the right to modify, adjust the required number of ads, revise validity periods, or discontinue the rewarded ad-removal feature at any time at our discretion.
Online multiplayer functionality depends on the internet connections of the players, the availability of our servers, and the proper operation of the app.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain multiplayer functionality, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or recovery of every interrupted session.
You agree to use Practice Math fairly and only for lawful purposes. You must not:
We may investigate suspected misuse and, where reasonably necessary, take corrective action, including resetting scores, restricting multiplayer access, or limiting other app features for users involved in violations.
We aim to keep Practice Math available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be modified, suspended, limited, or discontinued for maintenance, technical reasons, security, or other operational needs.
We may introduce new features, change how XP is calculated, adjust gameplay rules, or modify advertising and ad-removal terms as the app evolves. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes where appropriate.
Unless otherwise stated, the app's original content, design, branding, and software are owned by or used under authorization by the developer. You may use the app for personal, lawful purposes, but you must not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the app or its protected content except where permitted by applicable law or with the necessary authorization.
Practice Math is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain the app, we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising from internet outages, server overload, third-party ad network outages or unavailability, interrupted multiplayer sessions, or temporary loss of locally stored app settings or ad-free status.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability, warranty, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We may restrict or suspend access to particular features when reasonably necessary to protect the service, address security issues, enforce fair-play rules, or comply with applicable law.
You may stop using the app at any time by simply closing or uninstalling the application.
We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in the app, its features, operational requirements, or applicable law. The latest revision date will be displayed at the top of this page.
Continued use of the app after updated terms take effect may be subject to the revised terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where required, we will request your acceptance or provide notice of material changes.
These terms are subject to applicable laws and regulations. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with the rights and procedures available under applicable law. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove any mandatory legal protections available to you.
